Early Renaissance Florence

‘Early Renaissance Florence’. Maggie has lectured on this topic for many years and has escorted various small group visits to the city, the most recent in 2011.

The subject can be treated in several ways, from individual lectures on various aspects of the arts in Renaissance Florence, to a course of linked talks, to an escorted visit.

The city of Florence lends itself perfectly to this kind of treatment, as apart from its crucial role in the Early Renaissance, the art works of the period are often in their original setting.
